Under Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK) No. 6698, we provide the following information regarding the processing of your personal data.

Data Controller

The personal-data processing activities of the data controller ŞirketOn Finansal Teknolojileri A.Ş. are carried out in line with the general principles under Article 4 and the legal grounds under Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK.

Personal Data Processed

  • Identity data (name, surname, ID/passport number, date of birth)
  • Contact data (phone, email, address)
  • Customer transaction data (contracts, invoices, payments)
  • Legal transaction data (powers of attorney, trade-registry documents)
  • Operational security (IP address, cookies, log records)
  • Marketing (preferences and habits — with explicit consent)

Purpose & Legal Basis

  • Performance of contract: formation, virtual office, accounting, trademark services
  • Legal obligation: Tax Procedure Law, Turkish Commercial Code, SSI legislation
  • Legitimate interest: service-quality improvement, customer satisfaction, fraud prevention
  • Explicit consent: marketing communications, personalized content

Transfer

Within the conditions of Articles 8 and 9 of the KVKK, your personal data may be transferred to:

  • Public authorities — Tax Office, SSI, Trade Registry, etc.
  • Business partners — CPAs, lawyers, notaries, banks
  • Cloud, email, and CRM providers (including overseas — with explicit consent)

Your Rights Under Article 11

  • Learn whether your personal data is processed
  • Request information about processing if any
  • Learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance
  • Know the third parties to whom data is transferred domestically or abroad
  • Request correction if processed incompletely or inaccurately
  • Request deletion or destruction under KVKK conditions
  • Request notification of correction/deletion to third parties data was transferred to
  • Object to outcomes against you arising from automated analysis
  • Seek compensation for damages arising from unlawful processing

How to Submit a Request

Written application: Levent Mah. Karanfil Sokak No.13, Beşiktaş / Istanbul

Your application will be processed free of charge within 30 days, based on the nature of the request. To evaluate your request we need your application to be clear and accompanied by identity-verification documents.
