Can Turkish nationals form a UK company?
Yes — no UK residency or citizenship required. The process runs entirely remote.
Does formation grant a UK visa?
Not directly. The Innovator Founder Visa requires a separate application and approval from an endorsement body.
Can I open a UK bank account?
Traditional banks (HSBC, Barclays) typically require an in-person meeting. Wise Business, Revolut, and Tide open accounts remotely.
Can I use Stripe and PayPal?
Yes — once your UK Ltd is formed, Stripe and PayPal can usually be set up within 1-3 days.
Does ŞirketOn file the official applications?
No. Companies House filing, HMRC registrations, and VAT operations are carried out by our partner UK accountants on your behalf. ŞirketOn provides process coordination, consulting, and digital tracking.
What annual filings are required?
Confirmation Statement (annual, £13), Annual Accounts, and CT600. If inactive, Dormant Accounts can be filed.
